a. Types of User Content

User Content includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, reviews, comments, and other forms of media that you contribute to our Platform.

b. Acceptable and Unacceptable Content

  • Acceptable Content: Content that is relevant, respectful, and adheres to the community guidelines.
  • Unacceptable Content: Content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful in any manner will be removed immediately.

 

c. Intellectual Property Rights

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform and our services.

Mobile devices in general (iOS and Android) have settings that allow the Berest app to access specific data only with the User’s consent. iOS devices will provide notifications to Users when the Berest app first requests access to such data, while Android devices will notify Users when the Berest app is first loaded. By using the app and granting access to it, Users are considered to have consented to the collection and use of their Personal Data on their device

Subject to applicable law, you may have certain rights in respect of your personal information. You can exercise some of these rights directly within the App at any time, including:

  • After a successful buying and selling transaction through the Site, you have the opportunity to provide ratings and reviews to us. This information may be publicly visible with the User’s consent.
  • You can access and modify information such as email addresses, phone numbers, date of birth, gender, address lists, payment methods, and bank accounts through the settings feature on the Site.

If you no longer wish to use the Services, you may choose to delete your entire account directly through the App.
